Nikki Martin is co-founder and owner of New Phase Electrical, where she leads the company's operations, client relationships, and the voice behind much of how New Phase talks about its work. She built the business alongside Chad to serve Arizona's most demanding facilities — the data centers, hospitals, and financial institutions where power simply cannot go down.

Nikki's focus is on the relationship side of critical power: understanding what a facility's uptime obligations really mean, scoping work around maintenance windows, and making sure clients get straight answers instead of upsells. The New Phase team brings 20+ years of combined experience, and Nikki makes sure that depth shows up in clear communication and reliable follow-through.
